The score at  half time was Corca Dhuibhne 1:06 to Emmets 0:02 .  Corca Dhuibhne players  Rachel O Connor,  Orla Duffy and Aisling o Connor were very strong.  Emmets  Hannah Healy,  Ava Grimes, Elise Harris and  Aimee Mason were in great form for Listowel. Our Seniors played Scartaglin in Frank Sheehy Park Sunday at 12pm in the Rhyno County League. Our Ladies played strong from the start holding a lot of possession in the first half of the game. Emmets were just a point down at half time but Scartaglin came back and scored 2 quick goals at the start of the second half. The game was tight, Scartaglin played well in the second half of the game converting a lot of scores near the end of the game. Emmets Ladies kept fighting and put in 100% from start to finish. The result did not reflect the effort and determination put in by all the players.  Top Scorers for Emmets were Kate Sayers and Aoife Shine.
