Emmets Notes 4th April 2011

A Texas Hold’em Tournament will take place in the Emmets Clubhouse on Good Friday, April 22nd. Registration is at 7.30pm and entry fee is 20 euro, buyback and topups also available. For further information please contact John James Buckley (087) 2406824 or Tom Walsh (087) 7989030.

Emmets Saturday Morning Club:

training continues on Saturday mornings at 10.30am for boys of the following ages Under
7s (born in 2004), Under 8s (2003), Under 9s (2002), and Under 10s (2001) at Frank Sheehy Park. All new players are welcome to join.
Emmets U6's:
training continues on Thursday evenings at Listowel Community Centre from 6pm - 7pm. Children must be born in 2005 / 2006 and must be attending primary school. All new members welcome.
 

Emmets Ladies:

Saturday Morning Club: training continues on Saturday mornings at 10.30am for girls of the following ages Under 7s (born in 2004), Under 8s (2003), Under 9s (2002), and Under 10s (2001) at St. Michael's College. All new players are welcome to join.

Emmets Ladies Social: will take place on Saturday April 16th at the Listowel Arms Hotel at 7.30pm. Music by The Promise and is to be followed by a DJ. Tickets are 20 euro and are available from Rose Wall & all committee members.

Emmets Results & Fixtures:
 
Emmets U14s kicked off their County League with a good win over Glenflesk at home on Wednesday night last on a scoreline of Emmets 6-13 Glenflesk 4-08. They next meet with Ardfert at home on Wednesday 6th April at 6.45pm.
Emmets U16s accounted for themselves well in the opening round of the North Kerry League Division 1 last Monday night with an impressive win over Ballyduff on a scoreline of Emmets 8-9 Ballyduff 0-2.
Emmets Seniors will play St Marys in Round 2 of the County League Division 2 in Cahirciveen on Saturday evening next at 7:30pm.
