U16's

Frank Sheehy Park was a hive of activity on Monday evening before the touring Australian Wanderers hit Listowel. The pitch was in tip top shape great credit must go to Tadgh, Martin as the facilities provided were flawless and added to the occasion. The game was excellently refereed by Seamus Mulvihill (St Senans). Both set of players must be commended for the strong tackling, hard running and honest effort put in on both sides. After the game, a presentation was made to both teams with food and refreshments, a huge thank you to Louise Moriarty and her gang in the kitchen who put on a fine feed for all, we would like to say a massive thanks to our host families who put the touring party up for the night. A very special thanks must go to Sean Moriarty and Kevin Lynch who organised the tour and in particular to Sean & Louise who made sure everything went smoothly on the night.
