Emmets Ladies:

It’s a summer filled with sport and activities for the Saturday Morning Club. Following on from the recent North Kerry Blitz the girls will take part in the next round of the Kerry Go Games Blitz this week. The Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camp will run in Listowel from July 7th - 11th. The Camps provide an action packed and fun-filled week of activity during the summer holidays which revolves around maximising enjoyment and sustaining participant involvement in Gaelic Games. The Cúl Camps are for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 13.
Great news for our U12’s who won the County Division 2 semi final against Currow. The girls gave a superb display of teamwork and football skills to win on a scoreline of 6-6 to 4-3. They will now play Milltown/Listry in the County final next Tuesday evening. Venue to be decided.
Since finishing the County Championship the U14’s are keeping busy while they wait for the North Kerry League to commence. This Tuesday the girls will travel to Abbeydorney for a friendly, while on ThursdayListowel will host Abbeydorney.
With the exams completed the U16’s return to the County League when they play Finuge/ St Senans this week.
Congratulation to Sophie Lynch and the Kerry U14 team who reached the All Ireland  Final. They defeated Cavan in a hard fought battle. Best of luck to Sophie and the girls in the upcoming final against Mayo.
Listowel Emmets Ladies would like to thank everyone who so generously supported our church gate collection last weekend. Your support is greatly appreciated.,
