Gaelic4Mothers+Others starts off on Thursday nights with a walk/ jog / crawl ...whatever takes your fancy! Meeting at the clubhouse at 8pm for the next few weeks until the evenings get brighter. Training will commence on April 11th. Why not join the girls and get out of the house for a walk every Thursday night until then. Bring and friend and set your own pace.
