Recent Results

County Minor League Div 3A: Emmets 4-5  Renard St. Mary’s 2-10  well done to Emmets Minors who won again away from home on Saturday last in a highly entertaining game played in Cahirciveen. There is a break in the County League now until Good Friday where Emmets host Firies in Round 4 of the league. Emmets and Firies are joint top at present so it promises to be a highly entertaining game. Keep up the effort lads.

 

Emmets Coiste na nÓg

Emmets U6s: will recommence on Sat 28th March at 10.30am – 11.30am in St. Michael’s College Gym for all boys and girls born in 2009 – 2010. Applications forms for registration are available on the day.

 

Saturday Morning Club: will recommence on Sat 28th March at 10.30am – 12 noon for u8’s and u10 boys born from 2005 – 2008. Come along and bring a friend. Application forms are available in schools or on the morning of registration.

 

Emmets U12’s Training continues for our U-12s starts on Thursday March 5th in the Boys School Field from 5pm to 6-30pm.We look forward to seeing ye all there.

 

Emmets Ladies

U12 Girls

U12 Lions girls played Austin Stacks in Tralee last Sunday in Div 1 of the North Kerry league. While Stacks had built up a commanding lead at half time, the second half was a tighter affair. The Listowel Emmets girls battled hard but were unable to bridge the gap. Thanks to all who travelled. Next game on Sunday 22nd versus Abbeydorney.

U12 Tigers girls had their first outing of the season last Sunday. They played Abbeydorney in Div 4 of the North Kerry League.  Our Listowel girls had built up a strong lead at half time and finished the second half as convincing winners. Well done to all.  A great start to the season.

Emmets Seniors

Seniors played Finuge/St Senans in the third round of the County League last Sat evening. The girls played welll but were unfortunate with Finuge/St Senans winning by 2 points. Round 4 is scheduled for 29th of March and Round 5 scheduled for April 6th, Easter Monday. Dates/times to be finalized during training.

U16 Girls

Under 16 County League Div 1 has commenced.  Next game for u16s is scheduled for Sat 28th March against Castleisland Desmonds. Exact date/time tbc during training.

 

Training Times

Under 10s will commence training next Sunday evening in the Boys Primary School Field. Time TBC: Manager: Billy McElligott 086 874 8275

 

Under 12s training will continue each Thursday evening in Duagh Community Centre at 7pm

Under 16s will train both Thursday’s at 6.00pm and Sundays at 6.30pm in St Michaels Hall

Under 8s training will begin in the next few weeks.
