Well Done:
Well done to Conor Cox and Brian Maguire who were part of victorious Kerry teams last week. Conor won a Munster Junior Championship medal with the Kerry Juniors when they defeated Clare in the Final. Brian was part of the Kerry Senior team who overcame Westmeath to advance to Round 3 of the Qualifiers where they play Tyrone this coming weekend. Everybody in Listowel Emmets GAA Club is very proud of the lads and wish them continued success for the future.
Listowel Emmets Ladies:
Emmets Ladies held a U8’s/ U10’s blitz in Frank Sheehy park last Monday for teams from Listowel and Finuge St Senans and Beale. Many thanks to all those who helped in any way.
The U14’s had a fantastic victory against Dr Crokes in the County League semi final played in Coolard last Thursday. Many thanks to the Ballydonoghue GAA club and Donal for having the field in great condition as always. The girls play Kenmare on Tuesday in Tralee with no result at the time of printing.
The U16’s will begin their campaign with an opening fixture at home to Kenmare in the County League Division 1 on Thursday night. Training for the under 16’s continues on Monday evenings at 6.30 P.M. in the Cow’s Lawn.
The Intermediates will play the delayed 2011 County Final against Castleisland On Wednesday night in Knocknagoshel. They will then play on Sunday 22nd with their opponents to be determined by the result of Wednesday night's game.
 
The Under 12’s will travel to Spa (Killarney) on Saturday to play in the Munster Blitz with teams from Cork, Kerry and Limerick.

U12s
: Listowel Emmets were crowned kingpins of North Kerry on Sunday night last after a comprehensive win over St. Senan's in the final round of the North Kerry League on Sunday night last, a great team performance by the Emmets saw them defeat Ballyduff and Brosna in the preceeding rounds. This now sees the end of the U12 campaigne for our A and C teams, Emmets B team have their final game on Sunday next 22nd July where they are away to Moyvane, a victory here would them also win their section of the league, best of luck to all involved.

U13s: On Sunday night 22nd July Emmets U13's travel away to Legion in the fourth round of the County League, throw in at 7.00 P.M.

U16s: The U16 County League will recommence on Wednesday next 25th July where Emmets will travel to Beaufort, throw in 7.30 P.M.,
