Feale Rangers:
Well done to all the Listowel Emmets players who helped Feale Rangers advance to the ¼ Final of the Co. Senior Championship with a hard fought victory over Dingle last Saturday evening.
Emmets Minors have qualified for the Final of the North Kerry League and are awaiting the semi final between Ballydonoghue and Moyvane/Tarbert which will be played in Ballylongford on Thursday 25th July.

Best of luck to the Feale Rangers minors who play Shannon Rangers in the opening round of the County Minor Championship this week.

The draw for the North Kerry Intermediate Championship took place on Thursday night last, Emmets are pitted against Duagh in the opening round with Clounmacon and Moyvane receiving byes. Details of dates, time and venues will follow later.

Emmets U6s: continue every Saturday Morning at Frank Sheehy Park from 10.30am - 11.30am, come along boys and girls and have some fun

Emmets Saturday Morning Club: continues every Saturday at Frank Sheehy Park from 10.30am - 12noon. Last weekend we hosted the North Kerry Blitz and a huge thank you to everyone that helped out on the day with food etc. Many thanks also to teams that travelled over, it was a great day and we hope they all enjoyed themselves.
Munster Development Squads: Congratulations to all Emmets players who were involved with the various development squads over the weekend. It was a fantastic day for all Kerry development squads as they competed on a glorious day in three counties at Under 14, Under 15 and Under 16 level. The results and victories in all competitions is a compliment to the hard work and dedication of players and coaches over the previous months, and huge thank you to John Dillion who provides a fantastic service to us here in North Kerry.

Listowel Emmets Ladies
Well done to the Kerry Ladies and our very own Breda Lane on their thrilling victory over Cork  in the Munster Final last weekend. To secure this win away is a great achievement for Breda and the girls. Final score 1-15 to 1-16. Meanwhile the seniors are preparing for the Senior Championship final where they will play Duagh / Desmond's  at home, the date is not fixed yet but is due to be played this week.
Frank Sheehy Park was filled last Saturday afternoon with a an amazing number of under 12 girls as Emmets Ladies hosted our friends from Tuam.  28 girls travelled down from Galway to take part in a great day for ladies football. Thank you to all those who helped organise this event, it was a fantastic opportunity for the girls to participate in competitive matches in a fun positive environment.
A summer of games and activities continue for the under 8/10's with lots of games planned in the coming weeks. Meanwhile the Saturday Morning Club continues every week from 10.30 am.
Gaelic4mothers&Others took a break last week to avail of the glorious weather and will be back this Thursday at St. Michael's College at 8.00pm. Congratulations to Leah Dore and Billy Doyle on the birth of their son Jamie William. Leah was the driving force behind the Gaelic4Mothers&Others initiative, we have lost an "Other" but we are delighted for her!
