Emmets Notes 10th February 2014

posted 10 Feb 2014, 01:56 by Listowel Emmets

Listowel Emmets would like to extend their deepest sympathies to the family of the late PJ Browne (Blanchardstown and Listowel). PJ was a larger than life character and served as Honorary Secretary of the Listowel Emmets Club in the late 1960's. He played in goals for the Emmets club until he moved away to take up his role within An Garda Síochána, where he excelled and became a Detective Superintendent,  he also continued to be a great Emmets Gael and great supporter of the Emmets. To his wife Ann, children Yvonne, Patricia and Eoin, grandchildren, Brothers and Sisters we extend our sincere sympathies and to his extended family. Solas na bhFlaitheas ar a anam uasal.
